NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Sultan School District No. 311, Snohomish County, Washington (the “District”) will hold a special meeting on July 30, 2020, at 3:00PM, or as soon thereafter as possible (“Special Meeting”). The Special Meeting is called for the purpose of considering and acting upon the following agenda items (which items are necessary and routine matters):
1.
2020-2021 Reopening Planning;
2. Sultan SD - SEA Collective Bargaining Agreement
3.
Executive Session to review the performance of a public employee.
Due to the current State of Emergency caused by the COVID-19 outbreak and the Washington State Governor’s recent proclamations, as extended by the leadership of the Washington State Senate and House of Representatives, the Special Meeting will be held only by remote attendance via telephonic access and, as available, internet access (please see access options below). There will not be a physical location for the Special Meeting and members of the public may not come to the District office for purposes of attending this meeting.
